Starting my career within the NHS, developed my passion for the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare and ultimately patients.

Prior to Joining SEVER, I served as the Global Director for Diversity & Inclusion for Ferring Pharmaceuticals and have held senior HR leadership positions within a multitude of industries and geographies including Novartis, GE Healthcare and GE Capital.

The experience of working across numerous geographies and companies has engendered a strong belief in the importance of focusing on creating and developing company culture where people can thrive and be truly engaged. A place where achieving results is as important as how you get things done. This is critical for the success of any business.

Working with the SEVER Leadership team and the Board, we focus on driving growth as well as creating an inclusive people culture and our portfolio of companies are performing well with plenty of growth plans and acquisitions lined up.
